  • Key member of the IBM System Integration team delivering Paxia Solutions' cloud-based IFX™ and GP™ to automate and enhance the airlines’ in-flight catering operations.
  • Client goal was to transform their catering systems and processes; improve efficiencies and standardise catering management practices; and create operational and business alignment across both airlines.
  • Automation of the end to end catering process; Inflight Service Design and Scheduling, Day of Operations Management, and Invoicing/Invoice Validation.

Enhanced call centre and store customer service for CHANEL

A customer today in Hong Kong could be a customer tomorrow in Macau, Shanghai, or elsewhere. In conjunction with Salesforce, IBM implemented their Master Data Management software.

  • Lead Business Analyst tasked to migrate the highly integrated HR and Payroll system to PeopleSoft.
  • Created the HR system architecture model used to streamline the HR system estate and plan the decommission of multiple sunset applications.

Coordinated period end IT process with Finance, owning the communication effort across the Life, Insurance and Wealth operating companies in conjunction with global IT Teams. This included period end planning, customer and supplier engagement, incident management, and in-flight incident root cause analysis/resolution.
